• WARRANTY: This item has a limited 12 Year manufacturer's warranty on folding chair metal frame. 10 Years on storage cart, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal usage, service and handling for a period of 10 Years from delivery and acceptance. All components provided are manufactured/assembled of new components and are of good workmanlike quality, fit for the intended use of institutional/convention type seating.
  5 Years on metal frame surface finishes (powder-coat). 1 Year on upholstery fabric, seat foam padding, logo printing, chair bumpers, chair foot glides, uplift springs, and storage cart casters.
  This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse, misuse, vandalism, carrier, unauthorized repairs or modifications, inadequate maintenance/handling, and improper application or use. It also does not apply to "Customer's own Material" (i.e., material supplied by the customer that is not a standard product offering) used in the manufacture of products.
