Damaged or Incorrect Goods

 

Inspect
Upon Delivery

You are responsible for inspecting your product at the time it is delivered. If the shipment is incorrect or there is ANY damage to the box or its contents, call us immediately. At that time, we'll help you decide if you should refuse the shipment or keep it.  Either way, you must note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt.  If you are unable to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery for any reason, sign for it, noting "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. Call our customer service team at 800-872-6611 immediately to report the issue.

Keep
Original Packaging

Most manufacturers will not accept a product return unless it is in the original packaging. Freight companies will often ask to inspect the packaging if there was reported damage in shipping. For these reasons, please keep the boxes in which your order shipped until you are satisfied that your product is undamaged and correct.

Inspection

Within 5 Days

It is your responsibility to fully inspect your merchandise within 5 days of receipt. If you find you have a problem with damage or an incorrect shipment, you must contact us during this period. We are not responsible for incorrect shipments or damages if you wait beyond this period to inform us.

Within 5 Days

If you contact us within 5 days, any item that is damaged when it arrives or that does not arrive as ordered (size, color, or features were not as you specified) will be replaced by us with no additional charge to you.

 

Returns for Other Reasons

 

30 Day
Return Policy

If you order something and it arrives as ordered but you later decide you want or need to return it, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You will be responsible for all subsequent shipping charges, including return shipping charges. Items cannot be returned once they have been used or assembled, and must be returned in their original packaging.

Restocking
Fees Policy

Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee, regardless of the reason for the return. The restocking policy for a particular item is listed on the “Shipping” tab of the product page. To minimize returns, if you have any questions about a product, please call our customer service team at 800-872-6611 before making your purchase. We can even send you color samples at no additional charge, so please, just ask.

Custom
Items

Some items are “made to order” and are considered “custom.” These items cannot be returned. If you are purchasing any of those items, we will contact you before processing the order, providing a “No Return” statement for you to sign.

Assembled
or Used Items

Once an item is customer-assembled, it is considered “used,” even if it is disassembled for return. Therefore, you cannot return it once assembled. Please make sure your color selection is correct before assembly.
