We encourage our customers to order by phone. Here are the reasons:
  1. PRODUCT OPTIONS
    The selection of many products often requires the customer to specify several options. Speaking to a customer service representative will assure that your order is processed correctly.
  2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
    The customer will be made aware of any recent changes to a product's specificatons which may not be indicated in the printed catalog or on the website.
  3. DELIVERY CHARGES
    Delivery charges can vary significantly based on the size & weight of the product, the shipping location, or special shipping requirements of the customer. A customer service representative will determine for your approval the most economical means of delivery.

By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions of ordering information established by K-Log, Inc.
BIDS and QUOTES
Quantity discounts are available upon request. Call or fax our Customer Service Department to request special price quotes on large quantities. Please add K-Log, Inc. to your bid list.
FABRICS, FINISHES and COLORS
Due to inconsistencies in the printing process, actual colors may vary and may not exactly match the colors shown in our catalog. Color samples are available upon request at no charge by contacting our Customer Service Department.
RETURNS
If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Department for return procedure information. DO NOT return an item without prior authorization from K-Log, Inc. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges.
BILLING
If you have questions about your bill, please let us know as soon as possible. Our representatives will work to answer your questions or resolve any problems in a timely manner.
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Unless specified, all items are shipped unassembled to minimize shipping costs.
PRICE AND SPECIFICATION CHANGES
Although K-Log tries to maintain current pricing throughout the year, prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Product specifications and colors may also change without notice due to manufacturing changes.
WARRANTIES
All warranties stated in the catalog are those of the respective product manufacturers. No other warranties, either expressed or implied, are pledged by K-Log, Inc.

P A Y M E N T                                                     [Payment Options]
ESTABLISHING CREDIT
If you would like to establish a line of credit with K-Log, Inc., please provide a copy of your credit references along with your purchase order or filled-out order form (we can supply credit application forms if you wish).
  1. A minimum order of $500 is required in order to establish credit.
  2. All businesses are required to have been established for at least three years.
  3. The decision to extend credit to any customer is at the sole discretion of K-Log, Inc.
  4. Credit approval can delay your first order. We recommend that you use a credit card when placing your first order to avoid a delay while processing your credit references.
SALES TAX
Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to orders shipped to Illinois. If your organization is tax exempt, please include a copy of your tax exemption certificate with your order.

S H I P P I N G
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Provide your street address (in the U.S. or Puerto Rico) in the shipping address section on the order form. Deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. box, A.P.O. box or foreign address.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES and CHARGES
We attempt to ship by the most economical means possible. If you need an estimate of shipping charges, call our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to give you an estimate of the charges.
Shipping charges are prepaid by K-Log, Inc. and will be added to your invoice. All products are shipped F.O.B. origin, unless otherwise specified.
"Free shipping” offered on designated products is valid only for orders shipped within the continental U.S. and does not include any special services (i.e. inside delivery, 24-hour notice, etc.). Shipping charges will be added to orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
Items that are too big or too heavy to ship by UPS are required to ship by truck. Standard truck shipment charges are for tailgate delivery only. Drivers are not obligated to unload shipments from their trucks. If assistance is needed to unload, an inside delivery charge will be assessed. Ask about inside delivery charges when ordering. Note: The minimum truck delivery charge is $55-$75 for shipments to locations within the continental USA. Additional residential charges may also apply.
SHIPPING LEAD TIME
Shipping times vary depending on whether the product ordered (and color selected) are in stock. In-stock shipping lead time is generally 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of order. Non-stock, built to order products range up to 8 weeks after receipt of order. Shipping lead times may increase at certain times of the year when products are in greatest demand. If you would like an estimate on shipping lead time, please call our Customer Service Department.
RECEIVING SHIPMENTS
Please Note This Important Information: When your items are delivered, make sure that all cartons are inspected and counted. Compare what you have received and the number of cartons received with your delivery receipt and note any discrepancy on receipt BEFORE YOU SIGN IT! Once you sign, you relieve the shipping company of any liability. Items should be inspected by OPENING ALL CARTONS even if the outside of the carton does not appear damaged. If you notice damage to any item, you may refuse delivery of that item by marking “Damaged and refused” on delivery receipt. If you accept delivery of damaged item SAVE ALL CARTONS and INNER PACKING. Note damage on delivery slip.
If there is damage, contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Freight companies and K-Log, Inc. require that any claim for loss or damage be made within 15 days after receipt of merchandise. Failure to note damage or shortage on delivery receipt (or to notify K-Log, Inc.) within 15 days constitutes a waiver of claim.
MISSING PARTS
If you find that you are missing parts at time of assembly, please contact our Customer Service Department and replacement parts will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders which are cancelled after shipment will be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges.
