Purchase orders are accepted by fax or email from all public schools, universities, government agencies and organizations where we have pre-established credit terms.
POs are billed with terms of "Net 30".

K-Log accepts all major credit cards as well as company checks, money orders and wire transfers.

Warranty Information:
All warranties stated are those of the respective product manufacturers. No other warranties, either expressed or implied, are pledged by K-Log, Inc.

Terms and Conditions:
By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of Ordering Information established by K-Log, Inc.

Bids and Quotes:
Quantity discounts are available upon request. Call or fax to request special price quotes on large quantities. Please add K-Log, Inc. to your bid list.

Fabrics, Finishes and Colors:
Due to variations in viewing conditions, monitor quality and color calibrations, actual colors may not match exactly as they appear on your display. Color samples are available upon request at no charge.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Custom-built items or items without original packaging are non-returnable. Items are also non-returnable once they have been assembled or used. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and freight charges.

All cancellations must be in writing and require an authorized signature. Orders cancelled after production has begun are subject to manufacturer’s cancellation fees. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to restocking fees and freight charges.

Unless specified, all items are shipped unassembled to minimize delivery costs. Prices, product specifications and colors are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping Address:
Provide your street address (in the U.S. or Puerto Rico). Deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box, A.P.O. box or foreign address.

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are prepaid by K-Log, Inc. and will be added to your invoice. All products are shipped F.O.B. destination, unless otherwise specified. Please call for a quote. “Free shipping” offered on specified items is valid only for orders shipped within the continental U.S. and does not include any special services (i.e., inside delivery, liftgate service, 24-hour notice, etc.). Delivery charges will be added to orders shipped outside the continental U.S. Standard truck shipment charges are for tailgate delivery only. When required, additional accessorial charges may apply.

Shipping Lead Time:
Shipping times vary. If you would like an estimate on shipping lead time, please call our Sales Department.

Receiving Shipments:
Please Note This Important Information. When your items are delivered, note any discrepancy or damage on the receipt before you sign it. Items should be inspected by opening all cartons even if the outside of the carton does not appear damaged. If you notice damage to any item, you may refuse delivery of that item by marking “Damaged and Refused” on the delivery receipt. If refused for any reason other than damage, additional charges may apply. If you accept delivery of any damaged item save all cartons and inner packing. If there is damage, contact our Sales Department immediately. Freight companies and K-Log, Inc. require that any claim for loss or damage be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Failure to note damage or shortage on delivery receipt or to notify K-Log, Inc. within 7 days constitutes a waiver of claim. If you find that you are missing parts at time of assembly, please contact our Sales Department and replacement parts will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Credit Terms:
The decision to extend credit to any customer is at the sole discretion of K-Log, Inc.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 7% will be added to orders shipped to Illinois. If your organization is tax exempt, please include a copy of your tax exemption certificate with your order. K-Log, Inc. does not collect out-of-state sales tax, unless required by law.

Errors and Omissions:
K-log sells thousands of products on our website and in our catalogs. We do our best to be 100% accurate, but occasionally, we will make a mistake in a product listing. Please notify us if you see something on our website or in our print catalog that doesn’t look right. All measures have been taken to provide you with the correct images and item descriptions; however, human error and changes may occur. In such instances, we will do our best to correct the error, notifying you as soon as possible of any necessary changes to your order. K-Log reserves the right to withdraw any stated offer and to correct any errors or omissions, which may include an after order submission.

Delinquent Accounts:
Subject to a 1.25% monthly service charge (15% per annum) on unpaid balance in addition to collection costs and reasonable attorney fees.

Confession of Judgment:
Customer hereby authorizes, irrevocably, any attorney of any Court of Record to appear for the Customer in such Court if the Account becomes Delinquent and is not paid when due, and at any time thereafter, to confess judgment, without process, in favor of K-Log, Inc., for such amount as may appear to be due and unpaid thereo/n, together with reasonable costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees, and to waive and release all errors which may intervene in any such proceedings, and consent to immediate execution upon such judgment, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney may do by virtue hereof. All matters concerning this order shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois for any and all litigation. Customer further agrees to waive the right to a jury trial and have any and all litigation decided by a judge.
